Man's greatest achievement.

When you look at a very smart person in academic category, do you consider him or her a genius? Is the amount of knowledge the basis for a person's intelligence? I'll have to disagree to that. A genius is not someone who knew a lot of things but a person
embodying exceptional intellectual ability, creativity, or originality, typically to a degree that is associated with the achievement of unprecedented insight
Memorizing a lot of trivia or facts are easy. But to create something out of nothings, now that's true intelligence. Gates once said, "I passed and failed my exams in college. But my topnotcher friend passed them all. Now he works for me as an engineer." Though it provides you a good chance, your academic excellence cannot guarantee that you will success in life. It is by your attitude that you can only do so.
Well, I guess my point is, I don't want anyone praising one person just because they have the highest grades in their class. It makes me sick, especially if that person is someone who has no wits.

Moonchild

In the year 2014, Japan suffers a major economic collapse and people are forced to emigrate to mainland China. Three orphaned boys live in a fictional Chinese city called Mallepa, a 'melting pot' of different Asian groups. They are named Sho (Gackt), Shinji (Susumu Terajima) who is Sho's brother, and Toshi (TarĂ´ Yamamoto). All three survive through pickpocketing. During a theft gone wrong, Sho meets Kei (Hyde), a young looking man who is actually a vampire.
Several years later, Sho is in his twenties, leading a gang together with Kei and Toshi. During one of the robberies against another gang, they cross paths with a Taiwanese named Son (Leehom). Son is going after the gang because their leader raped his sister, Yi-Che (Zeny Kwok). Sho, Kei, Son and Toshi all become friends, and Sho quickly and awkwardly falls in love with Yi-Che. Toshi is murdered by the local mafia for helping Sho and Kei by using poisoned pizza to sedate their targets. Soon, through this experience, Son and Yi-Che learn that Kei is a vampire.
Nine years later Sho is head of his district in Mallepa and is married to Yi-Che. Son has joined Mr. Chan, the leader of the mafia of Mallepa and is now Sho's enemy.
Yi-Che develops a fatal cancerous brain tumor. Soon after the diagnosis, Sho's men are killed on the streets in broad daylight while Sho is away. Sho's brother, Shinji, is also killed when he points at gun at Mr. Chan while in a drug induced haze. Sho calls Kei, who he had discovered was being held by police and had visited once before, begging him to return. After speaking to Kei he is told that Kei had been sentenced to death, something Kei had actually requested. Kei, however, escapes his execution and returns. Sho asks Kei to turn Yi-Che into a vampire so she will be around for the sake of Hana (their young daughter). Kei refuses angrily, but agrees to face Mr. Chan with Sho. He promises Sho that if anything happens to him, he will take care of Hana.
When they go to face Mr. Chan, Mr. Chan is shot by two of his own while Sho faces off with Son. Their battle comes down to a 'count to three and shoot' match when they are both down to only one bullet. Sho's gun misfires and he is shot in the chest by Son. Kei arrives on the scene and Son faces his own death by pointing his empty gun at Kei, who is enraged at the site of his injured friend and fires at Son. Kei goes to Sho, who we are lead to believe dies (dramatically) in Kei's arms.
In 2045, Hana, is grown up and heading off to college. She says goodbye to Kei, who raised her in Sho's absence and it is implied that she is aware of Kei being a vampire. Before she leaves she mentions the feeling of someone watching her, and after her departure Sho appears as a vampire, thanking Kei for taking care of her all these years because he couldn't face what he had become. Together the two men drive to the beach and await the rising sun together to face death. The movie concludes with the entire gang back together at the beach in the daylight (something not possible for Kei in the past), presumably reunited in the afterlife or as reincarnations of themselves in another life.
Below are some of the screenshots from the film, which are in consecutive order. If you want to learn more, watch the movie.

Fast Five cars

Have you watched the new the fast and the furious movie, The Fast Five?  I recommend watching it because the movie is just badass! Anyway, since this is an entry about cars, (Speaking of cars I love how Owen Wilson does the voice of Lightning Mcqueen) I will be discussing about my favorite cars of the fast and the furious series. Because of the great number of great cars, I'm going to limit my favorites cars per film.
In the first entry, The Fast and the Furious. I just love the 1994 Toyota Supra which Brian brought into Dom's garage after his (Brian) own car exploded. This is also the same car used at the climax of the movie by Brian himself.
Brian O'Connor was played by Actor Paul Walker.
My Second favorite car would be, again Brian's car. the Green Mitsubishi Eclipse RS 4204. This is the first car we can see Brian using in the beginning of the movie and the same car he used when he challenges Dom into their first race. Sadly, this car was destroyed.
The third car in my entry is Dominic Toretto's  red Mazda Rx-7. It is the car he used to beat Brian's Mitsubishi eclipse in their first race. I really like Rx-7.
The fourth car is from Mia Toretto, played by actress Jordana Brewster. It is the 1994 Acura Integra.
Unfortunately, I didn't watched 2 fast 2 furious so we're going to have to move on to the third movie, The fast and the furious: Tokyo Drift. My Number One Most Favorite Car in Han Lue's (Played by actor Sung Kang) Veilside RX7.
My second favorite car  belonged to Sean Boswell, played by actor Lucas Black and that is his red Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX.
Yeah, I know, it looks like Dom's RX7 but the two cars are different. Sadly, Sean and Neela was forced to leave this car after Han was killed when DK chased them. But they've got a new car.
The movie's antagonist's car has got to be a cool one right? The third car from Tokyo Drift is DK's car, the Nissan 350Z.
Unfortunately, I don't know a thing about the car. I just liked it because it's black.
This is Twinkie's car, the Volkswagen Touran designed after the incredible Hulk. I liked it because it's incredibly unique. I also liked Morimoto's car, the Nissan Fairlady. It is also a Nissan 350Z like Dk's car, only it has different design.
Now for our fourth movie, fast and furious, which stars Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto ( Not sure if I mentioned it earlier).
My favorite car belonged to Brian (again). The Subaru Impreza WRX STI. When Dom accidentally destroyed his car when he exploded his Chevrolet Chevelle, this is the car he stole for payment for Brian.
The second car, belongs to Brian again and it is the Nissan Skyline GTR. THis is the car he used for their race for Braga.
The last car also to Dominic Toretto and it is one of the most iconic cars in the series, appearing in three out of five movies.  It is also the car he used after Jesse died in the first movie. Aren't we glad that it has made a comeback in the fifth movie? (Ooops, spoilers. HaHa.) It is the 1970 Dodge Charger.
Okay, before we move on to the fifth and by far, my favorite movie because it features both my favorite characters, Han and Dom, I want you to watch the movie first. There aren't lots of cool cars in here unlike Tokyo Drift. Like I said before, we get to see another Dodge Charger. Anyway, my favorite car in this one is the one DOm used when they were stealing the three cars from the train with the DEA agents.
It is the Chevrolet Corvette Grand sport. It was destroyed, unfortunately, but I'm not going to tell you how or when because you have to watch the movie yourself. Okay, so this is the only car I liked in the movie because I'm into American muscle cars, I like the sporty looking ones. By the way, the Koenigsegg CCX and CCXR editions ARE worth mentioning.

It is also a car in the film with a brief appearance but I'm not going to tell you who owns it. Anyway, if you like convenient cars more than these ones, why don't you watch Italian Job then?
